"Called hotel for pickup no answer after an hour had to call Uber. Upon arrival no one was at front desk and phone was ringing. No one came to answer phone. Another guest arrived after us and came by Uber. I guess he couldn’t get them to answer the phone either. Never stay again"

"We had just checked in and there was a small roach in the bathroom. Hallway was filled with smoke. Elevator was filthy with words engraved in the walls in the elevator. Told receptionist he changed our room but when we got to the room there was gnats on the door as well as a stale old smell in the room. Cancelled stay and had to find somewhere else to stay at 1:30 a.m."

"The rooms were not very clean, we made the reservation for 4 people they only gave us two full size towels. "Convenient location for restaurants and activities. The room was OK. Furniture pieces were broken and the TV only connects to certain cable channels like sports and news. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because of the weather but the hot tub was very nice very hot. The restaurant is OK. I think the prices don’t really match the food, but it wasn’t bad. "
