"Fabulous location, my room opened to the canal and that made it even more special. Rooms have very old style furnishings but that’s with most hotels in Venice. The room was very spacious and also had very high ceilings creating an added sense of space. Breakfast was just average"

"Received misinformation regarding scheduled power outage. It started 15 minutes early so couldn’t bring breakfast and coffee up to room because elevator wasn’t working. Was also told we would have water pressure, just no hot water, at that was not true. Lots of mosquitoes in the room."

"Nice clean hotel with modern amenities, very helpful staff. Decent selection for breakfast and nice bar with some seating on the canal. Room was good but a tad small, which was expected, but it was bright and very clean."
