"The property was exceptional but I was disappointed by the welcome from the host. They made no attempt to contact me prior to my visit and I had to contact them. Details of how to access the property were not given until I asked for them.
If I book a property I expect the hosts to contact me immediately to welcome me and give me essential details like directions and how to pick up the key.
Also the listing and even their own brochure stated a check out of 11.00 am but I was told I had to...

"Fabulous apartment for our family of 5. We stayed for 1 night and wish we had more time. The apartment is very modern, clean, and has a lot of room. On street parking was easy to find. We were able to park in the narrow driveway for loading and unloading of luggage and then park on the street. There are restaurants very close too. Absolutely great location. Thank you!"
