"Nicely renovated and appointed old farmhouse. Minor hiccup getting into the house--access code was changed last minute, which led to some late-night confusion and frustration getting into the house--and the upstairs double bed wasnt ideal (a futon that barely fit two small preteens)--but overall a great place to stopover on a long road trip. Would definitely stay here again."

"What a beautiful home and great location we had excellent communication with Julie and she went above and beyond to accommodate my families needs. I would very highly recommend this place if you like quiet neighborhood nice and backyard for your fur baby and excellent communication with our host thank you Julie For everything you’ve done. I will definitely be staying here again. "

"Such a great location! We came for a concert at the Kettlehouse and wanted to pop further into town to do some shopping. The house is close to both. It is near the train tracks so, there is train noise during the day and throughout the night. Nothing the property can do but if you’re a light sleeper, you should keep that in mind. The house is cute, clutter free and has everything we needed for a night stay. We’ll definitely look into staying again! "

"We had a lovely time staying at 282 tiny w our 2 dogs. The space was set up perfect for what we needed. Private alley entrance and separately fenced patio/yard was a plus. The location is great! Easily walkable to downtown, parks, and a trail on the other side of the highway. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable vrbo in the heart of Missoula. "

"Tried to leave the apartment somewhat clean. The dishes were done. But couldn’t find any other instructions from the host. Stripped most of the beds did not take out the garbage. I had a great couple of days and two nights. Thank you."

"Very nice 3 level town home. Modern, clean. Good owner communication for questions. Top level bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Middle level well stocked kitchen with open floor plan with seating and a tv. Each room and area have min-splits A/C which were very efficient. Bottom level was a bedroom, bathroom and a large screen tv movie type room. Beds are all very comfortable. "Beautiful home!! Luggage stands in the bedrooms would be very helptul. Also, mirrors in the bedrooms would be helpful. A dining room chair collapsed on one of us. Picture is attached. We pushed it back together but it needs repair. The add a photo link is not working. "

"We stayed with our extended family while in Missoula for graduation. Loved how much space there is with three bedrooms upstairs and two down. The home was clean and comfortable for us. I would definitely stay again. Two fairly minor issues 1) there were no kitchen towels or dish rags in the kitchen. When I contacted the owner he sent the maintenance man over that day with towel (we later found the dish towels in a closet in one of the bedrooms). 2) when we checked in a 4:00 the lawn crew...
