Was not pleased with having to pay $100 for incidentals when I knew I would not be utilizing any since I was in town for a family funeral and meeting at their properties for meals etc. Holding a card number would’ve been more affordable than spending another $100 and waiting for return of monies."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the elevator was filthy. Very disappointed in the price for what we received… A “cold” breakfast that consisted of a danish, apple, yogurt, and instant oatmeal and there was not a coffee maker in the room. I would not stay in this hotel again."

"This is one of the Better Comfort Suites I have stayed at. I choose Comfort a lot to stay in when I’m out of town due to the quality and the cleanliness. This one was very beautiful. "The owners are very friendly. They make sure the customers are comfortable they get exactly what they need. The housekeepers are very nice and if you need anything you just ask them they bring it to your room. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The towels are nice and clean and fresh. There are benches outside with barbecue grills that we enjoy when we're there. When we are in El Campo, the Lone Star is our home."
