"Looking out the back of our cabin, it was not hard to imagine how the American prairie looked 150 years ago, but with all the modern comforts. This is truly one of the quietest places I have ever been in the entire world. The next time we drive to Colorado, we will make sure our plans include a stop here again. Fantastic cabin and host! "

"Quaint, well appointed cabin in a quiet location. Both the futon and king bed slept comfortably, shower was hot with plenty of good towels. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. "

"Property is a dump! House is garbage. I wouldn’t go out after dark in that neighborhood. The outside is trashed. Total misrepresentation about the house. Wouldn’t stay there again if they paid me. Host ignored are my communications. Most of the neighborhood is abandoned houses, including those next door. Do not stay there."
