予約した部屋と実際に案内された部屋が異なり、その後の説明にも一貫性がなく、何度も是正を求めましたが、4泊中2泊を別の部屋で過ごすことになりました。 その結果、滞在を楽しむことが難しくなりました。 また、どちらの部屋でも温かいお湯が安定して出なかったため、お風呂であたたまることができませんでした。 さらに、部屋に関するやり取りの中で、問題の解決ではなく、言葉の解釈に焦点が当てられたため、意思疎通が非常に難しいと感じました（詳細は添付のスクリーンショットをご参照ください）。 私たち夫婦（50代以上）は、これまで60回以上海外旅行をしてきましたが、このような経験は一度もありませんでした。 一方で、特に印象に残っているスタッフの方々がいました。 ...
