Sails on the Beachfront caters to experienced luxury holiday house guests or for guests looking to spoil themselves with a once-in-a-lifetime ultimate, beach-front escape. Only minutes away is the shopping village of Anna Bay and the famous, adventure packed, Stockton Sand Dunes, the largest sand dunes in the southern hemisphere.

Sails on the Beachfront is an architecturally designed beach house offering five bedrooms, which can sleep up to 10 guests, and three bathrooms. Its versatile and spacious floor plan caters perfectly for two families, large groups and multiple generations or offers a separate level and living area for children and teens. Both levels have generous covered decks overlooking the panoramic beach and ocean vista. The open plan living areas and kitchen all enjoy the same180 degree unobstructed ocean view.

There is a large double garage and plenty of off street parking for a boat.

There are 3 bedrooms located on the top floor, the master has a king bed, bedroom 2 and 4 have king beds, bedroom 3 and 5 have king zip beds that can be made into singles.

***This property is located in a quiet residential street which is noise sensitive. Any noise after 10pm that neighbours complain about will result in the loss of your bond. Do not book if you feel that your guests may breach this term and condition.****

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 Adults & 2 Children. The sofa bed will be added to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 12.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas and pillows are supplied.

Additional costs when booking:
Sofa bed $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire (children only)
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please see full terms and conditions. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
