"Great place to stay. Perfect location. highly recommend. Hosts were excellent and very responsive to any questions."

"We had the absolute best time. The house was right on the water, and it made it very easy for us to leave our boat in the slip during the course of our stay. The property was clean and well-kept, and there were enough amenities for us to either cook inside the little house or go out to eat and have a place to put the leftovers. Highly recommend this property. The view was amazing as well, and we all had such a great time"

"House is 2 houses in one which I didn’t realize when booking. We literally had an adult kitchen and a kids kitchen and living room. Everything was great. House was well equipped with pretty much everything you need. Trash take out was confusing but the agent was helpful with that at the end of our stay. House is pretty spectacular. "

"Pros: Loved the location and parking close to front door. Great view of river from the second story. Cons: The sheets were not changed from the previous users. There were long black hairs all over the inside sheets. The downstairs pullout is almost impossible to walk around while the one upstairs you cannot walk around at all you have to climb over it to get out of the second bedroom. Kitchen lacked basic provisions for cleaning. "

"Outstanding place to stay for a week at Havasu Lake. We had a group of 10, ranging from 5 to 70 in age. Celebrated three birthdays during our stay. Parked a rented boat at the nearby marina which was only 10 minutes away. The location is next to the desert which gave us feeling of being away from the city. The place was clean and well kept. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor dining!"

"This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. "Our Hostess was amazing! Very very responsive! The parking at the house, however, is really meant for cars only. We could not park our boat and truck on the property and there is NO street parking, so heads up! We were able to use the neighbors lot across the street for an additional fee to park our boat/truck. The house needs a bit of love, but the kitchen is new and nice. FYI, there is no table to eat at IN the house, so we brought the outside table inside and it worked okay. It was too hot to...
