"They gave me a room with no windows or skylight even though I booked the one with a skylight. A comped breakfast did not fix the fact that I was in a room under the entire heating and cooling system and it was noisy all night"

I was happy to see a safe in our room and the location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and shopping venues. There were lots of selections available for breakfast and the coffee was delicious. We will definitely stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in the future."

"If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!"

"The dirtiest shower/bathroom I’ve ever had at a hotel. Mold on the ceiling above the shower. Dirt/crud all along where the tub met the floor, top of the shower, and shower head. Pull out couch mattress was super thin and was told there were no blankets when I asked for one for that."
