"Love this property, but has slipped a bit. Not as clean as usual, and starting to show some wear. Shower was not 100% clean and shower head would not work well. Carpets are getting quite worn. Love the room set up and very comfy beds. Staff is awesome."

"Coffee isn't readily available in the lobby - just in the morning. I like coffee at other times of the day, too. The coffee makers in the rooms....I don't trust those in any hotel. I had to wait 10 minutes to check out. The clerk was being overly helpful to a lady inquiring about local breakfast venues. That was nice of him, but she could have googled on her phone. Small things, but a good stay overall."

"Great location. Walks to get a good meal or a drink were from 1 to 12 minutes. Hotel itself was very nice and clean. Staff was very attentive. We have found our new place to stay in Asheville from now on."
