"I had a work trip so I was exhausted. First arrival everything was great. I had an early check in and the black woman at the front desk was awesome. The best customer service I had in a while. My room was ready before time. The room was perfect, very clean and cute. It was very quiet, I wasn't disturbed by housekeeping. Breakfast was good, lot of variety. "Lovely boutique hotel! The room was beautifully decorated with well-equipped kitchen, comfy living area, and quality bath amenities, robes, slippers, etc., in a perfect downtown location. We only spent one night to see the Thomas Dambo Trolls at the N.C. Arboretum, but it would be a great home base for extended stays exploring downtown Asheville and beyond. "

"There was no breakfast buffet. We did not order breakfast from the bar. One elevator was out of order. Access to an electrical outlet for my computer was difficult. I had to crawl on the floor and reach under a piece of furniture to access the outlet."
