"This is the most adorable little place! It was clean, airy, and very convenient to the local hiking and sightseeing areas. The gate on the driveway limits access, giving a feeling of safety above and beyond the usual. Will definitely be staying again!"

"This was a lovely, quiet and very comfortable cottage just outside of Cookeville, TN situated in a very private area of a small mountain. Tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, and a great backyard with a fire pit made this stay so, so wonderful. "Very clean and very remote. Had a great stay. Loved the arcade games. The air conditioners were a bit loud but certainly not an issue. Had plenty of hot water for showers. Loved that there is a coffee machine in the loft bedroom and it’s own balcony."

"We had a wonderful time at the property . It was a family vacation so it was so nice to be able to have our separate spaces and still come together for meals and family nights by the fire pit and the back porch area was amazing .for gang out and talk and play games .Our grandkids and dogs loved having the property to our selves and feeding the goats and donkeys defiantly was an added bonus to our stay .we will defiantly make this an annual vacay . "

"Our annual lake trip. This house is a wonderful place for a family vacation. The check in process was easy and accurate. The house has everything you would need for a wonderful time."

"After having problems getting into the cabin our stay went very well. The drive getting to the cabin was a little rough but we took it slow and had no problems. The highlight of our stay was sitting on the deck listening to the birds. The cabin is secluded and is so quiet and peaceful. We’d love to come back sometime. "
