"We did not enjoy our stay there. The room looked old and the room is very poorly organized. Way too expensive and far fron the 4 stars standards. When we arrived the room was ready but we were asked a supplement of 30 euros just to get to the room after a long travel, which is not customer friendly. ..."

"Check-in was fine (pictures would've been nice), but the amenities listed on Hotels.com were misleading—there was no balcony at all, and no shampoo or body wash provided. Ironically, the only thing with flawless, highly detailed instructions was how guests should handle and dump the garbage."
