"Everything was great about this place except for the bed. I was away 15 nights (this in the middle) and this was the only time I woke with my body aching in the middle of the night and forward. Otherwise beautiful, easy to get to/from the airport breakfast was great. "

"Outdated and tired feeling facilities. Front desk staff were kind and informative, but pushed buying meal tickets. Cleaning lady was talking on her phone extremely loud very early in the morning. I peaked out the door and she was in the room directly across the hall from me talking. The room was definitely sufficient for one night. We did not eat in the restaurant but ordered room service. The food was OK."

"The room clean and spacious for its purpose. However I was dissatisfied with this location's check-in staff. The gentleman was unwelcoming and abrupt. There was an issue with the room booking, the way it was communicated was not professional. The next morning, another front staff member was not customer friendly upon requesting assistance and was most dismissive. Overall the location was good and the hotel was bright & airy with a good restaurant & cafe, but the actual hotel staff could use...

"Had issue with people using drugs in the parking area and constant banging from the upper floors. The staff were great and tried to address our concerns. Would stay here again!"

"Hotel was good enough for a night. Beds comfy, clean, etc. Lobby was very nice but the rest of the hotel is looking old ( carpets stained, dated) all in all its an alright hotel. Staff was very nice. Up graded my room without asking which was a pleasent surprise. When traveling note tho that although a shuttle does come to the hotel ( not with the hotel itself) its note included as expedia add makes it seem. Maybe i read it wrong but all hotels that offer shuttle in my area of canada are...

"Amazing value for money so close to Terminal 2/3 especially but only a quick bus ride from Terminal 5 too. Clean comfortable room. Pleasant public areas and the usual buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. Have returned many times on my way through Heathrow"
