"The property and the amenities were ok. The cleanliness of the room was not what I had expected. The bed seemed to be used prior without change of the sheets. It had hair on multiple levels of the sheets. One side of the bed seemed like someone had slept as it was all crumbled and was covered with other layers of sheet. "They’re undergoing a renovation so even though the rooms are clean and comfortable, the amenities were closed. One of the outlets by the side of the bed in our room was not working and another was coming out of its socket. But other than that we had a good stay, clean comfortable room and the staff were diligent and nice"

"Breakfast was very simple. The bad they didn't keep yogurt on ice so the one I grab was warm (didn't have it). My daughter got milk on the cereal and it was bad (expired or too long out of the fridge?). We got ants in the room, not pleasant. Parking was difficult as they share the parking lot with another hotel, so not always you may find parking close to your room. The key cards had to be changed every day (we were there 3 days) because they wouldn't work and got different excuses from front...

"Room was clean. Property was always kept clean. Check in process smooth. Most of the staff were friendly. Some staff at the restaurant during breakfast buffet were rude and only seem to cater to certain racial ethnicities. Were not asked for coffee nor refills even though some people were offered. Buffet selection was not the greatest and they kept the same menu everyday"

"I was going through a personal time when I checked into the hotel and an accelerated with my personal time of rescuing my autistic son from my ex-husband and they moved mountains for me. All the staff was very helpful warm and loving everything was perfect and this is where we will be staying any place that I go is at the Sandman hotel. A special note to the Sandman Hotel in Kelowna for the lady who was the supervisor I believe of the cleaning staff I’m not sure she was on site in the evenings...
