"We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful stay at this quaint studio in Philomath. It was convenient for all things Oregon State related and located conveniently to grocery and restaurants. It was everything we needed to visit our daughter at school."

"The cottage was from a Hallmark movie. The owner Chad remodeled this nearly century old river front cottage to include all the modern conveniences you’ll need while maintaining the charm. Chad is a friendly and generous host and was always available. The cottage is in the side yard of their home but they were completely unobtrusive during the entirety of our stay. "

"Lovely guest cottage with every thing you need. Our hosts left us an amazing goodie basket with lots of breakfast treats. Very thoughtful."

"Our family of 5 loved staying here! Kid and pet friendly...our kids and beagle pup loved the lush green surrounding area to frolic. It was immaculately clean with fully stocked kitchen supplies, bed linens and towels to shower. Comfy beds! Beautiful property with a great view. Quiet, peaceful slice of heaven. Our kids loved smores around the outdoor gas fire table. Extremely nice and welcoming couple who owns the property. Definitely recommend and would happily stay again! "

"The house was great. It was right on the river with nice views from many of the rooms. The interior was wonderful, had beautiful vintage furniture, and in good shape. The kitchen felt spacious and had all the expected appliances. There was plenty of room for our group of nine. There were two things that we thought differed from the description that did not affect our trip much, but we are listing them here to share. One, the BBQ is not propane, it is charcoal. Two, there was a love seat that...

"We are from ID/MT. We moved to the OR coast for jobs and family. We really missed the mountains and river activities. Everyone from Portland pours into our town in Summer and we lock ourselves in by 3pm on the the 4th. I wanted to do the opposite! Go inland to a river house. Our dog is so scared of fireworks and it is a war zone at home. We were alone peaceful and our baby girl cattle dog was at peace. Outstanding character history and river access! "
