"Great rooms but on first floor lots of noise from I assume the bar next door some of which started at 12.40am. Also listing incorrect they do not get reduced parking next door"

"The room itself was terrific. Large, great for long stays as it had a full kitchen and washing machine. No AC but that seems to be quite common in the UK. The check in process was terrible. The office closes at some point (which wasn’t included on the listing) so we stood there for a long time with our luggage. We tried calling ‘emergency numbers’ with no answer. Luckily a maintenance man came by and was able to help us get in. Then the ‘emergency’ number called back - it’s the same hotel chain...
