"Our go-to hotel if we need somewhere to stay before a Heathrow flight. The staff are all very friendly, food is excellent (both dinner and breakfast), plentiful parking. We stayed in an executive room this time - we liked the extra space and would book this again. Last time we were there we were helping some friends who had suffered a tragedy that day, and I managed to knock over a large G&T. "Beautiful building and interior. We came for our mini honeymoon and got ungraded. We had a congratulations note with chocolates in the room and rose petals scattered on a king size bed. Large room, large bathroom. Decent breakfast but quite minimalistic for £20/person. "

"Very convenient location. Hotel's common areas are spacious and so was my room. Air conditioning was quiet and very comfortable. Nice and bright hallways which you don't find often. Toilets in main lobby very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I will book this hotel again on my next vacation in London. "

"It was superb and I thank all the staff involved on arrival staff were cheerful and polite when entering the rooms very impressed we had dinner and a snack in the restaurant and the food was excellent along with the service I come to the PGA every year with my wife and family and it could not have been better A big thank you and see you next year"

"What let’s this down.. is not advertising more that you have to park in a carpark, not on site.. the recording on Option 4 when you ring them sounds like they’re saying WD17. 2PF, I listen to loads of times then spoke to receptionist and she told me he was WD17 2PS.. but the staff are amazing Askwin (think how spell his name, in the restaurant looks after you like you’re his best friend he can’t do enough for you. "Close to LHR although Hoppa buses were not timely but I had no issues on catching my flight. Streets near hotel were untidy with rubbish bags piling up along verges but neither comments are hotel issues. Staff were very professional."
