"The property sits in front of a very active train track and intersection. The trains use their horns at intersection, and trains pass every two hours throughout the day and overnight. I left early and was not retunded for the nuisance. Customer service is terrible, Managment was supposed to contact me regarding the matter, however no response. It was clean, however will never stay here again and will not be considering Hamptons for stays in the future."

"Very old, outdated rooms, probably built in the 70s? Old, musty, splintered wooden furniture, no water pressure in the shower, 70s style wallpaper that was peeling, non-working exhaust fan in the bathroom so the mirrors constantly fogged up after a shower, pillows felt more like large handkerchiefs w/ little down filling in them, etc. "

"The Quality Inn at Fresno was great! Staff were very friendly and everything you could need is close by. Beds/room were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. Overall, a great place to stay just outside of Sequoia National Park, would definitely recommend! "

"This property is managed by same management of Garden Suite Inn. Check-in is at the Garden Suite Inn. The curtain is not black out, it’s too bright at the morning. "

"Clean room and quiet. Convenience stores and restaurants are close by the property. I was there for two days, i was expecting to get new towels for my second night, but nothing. Everything else is good. "

"The property itself was misrepresented online. The location was not in the best.Area. In addition, I had to have my room changed twice, resulting in a refund due to the cleanliness of the room.One bedroom suite. There were spots on every piece of furniture.There was odors in the room ripped carpets stains on the wall.Very disgusting to say the least. I had to request a full refund and find another hotel ."

"The staff were friendly, kind, so helpful… The room was just what we needed, though my kiddo said the fold out bed was really uncomfortable. Breakfast was delicious and provided so much variety! Hands down, the neat experience! "

"There was a heaping pile of trash bags under one of the public staircases. At one point, there was a vagrant rummaging through the bags. Other than that, the stay was okay. "
