"Not ideal for solo female travelers. I had arrived late to check in after driving all day and it took the front desk almost an hour to find my reservation. Sketchy people around property and cops driving around so must be a bad area. A sketchy looking man stood outside my door for over an hour on the phone while I was trying to sleep, I felt unsafe. I called the front desk and then they asked him to quiet down, so he went in his room where I continued to hear him yelling over the phone. Paper...

"Call if you will get there later than six ok because their system cancels reservations automatically after that time. We got there late, tired and ran into the inconvenience to have to call Expedia and spend an hour fixing the issue. Staff at the hotel were nice and patience with the process."

"To start, the key cards to our room didn’t work, the front desk attendant had to let us into our room while telling us that “sometimes the batteries die” in the door and that he had no other rooms available. Get to room which had sticky floors, unclean surfaces, and hair still hanging out in the shower.
