"Rooms were clean, quiet and had everything you needed. This hotel is room only. You have a key for the front door to come in and out and key for your room. There is a number to contact the owners but only saw them when checking in. Rooms provide tea/coffee and bottled water. It’s a no nonsense hotel which has everything you need in your room for your stay."

"A really nice room, spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable bed, everything in the room we needed… a fan, hairdryer, iron, kettle; coffee, tea, fridge, decent sized tv and a really lovely modern bathroom. We would definitely stay here again. The host was also very helpful and courteous. Cannot fault this place at all. Thank you Camberley for a lovely weekend."

"Ideal location for us, just a short 10-min walk to the town centre. Our room was spacious and bathroom appeared recently renovated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. As it is a very old building, the floorboards were a bit creaky and woodwork (skirting boards, window frames, architraves) looked tired with their years of layered paint, but we had a comfortable stay. The free parking was a bonus."

"Cedar court is a nice looking hotel (at least from the front) and is a good location - within walking distance (about a mile) to the centre of Harrogate. Parking at the hotel is easy, but it does cost you an extra £10/day, although parking anywhere in Harrogate is costly it would appear. The first room we got was OK - clean enough. Bathroom was a bit tired, but OK. However, the mattress in room 301 was beyond its useful life - completely out of shape and collapsed in the middle, no support for...

"We had a suite at the hotel, it was very roomy, full of character and access to a superior breakfast! All well worth the money. Staff were friendly and very helpful too. The only grumble we had, we asked for a fan and there were non available. I've not made this impact the overall stay rating as the weather was unusually extremely hot so the same request had probably came from all rooms - i would say the hotel should have invested in more fans in preparation for the heat wave that week. "Our room had plenty of space iron/ironing board/hairdryer all provided as well as toiletries Plenty of choice for breakfast and a small but tasty menu in the evening I think there was maintenance work ongoing and the hotel does need a comprehensive overhaul Plenty of parking spaces but location is right in the centre and we didn’t use our car at all during the stay Stars of the break were the staff so friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces Thank you !"
