"Comfy place to stay "

"The room and the entire property was very well presented and fresh. The restaurant was also exceptional with top level table service and a great menu. Only negatives are that road facing room was a little noisy during the morning and evening rush hours and the security light in the room was quite intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stop over."

"The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that left a mark was the bed, it was quite uncomfortable because it was not a double bed but one that was made up for two out of a single and what seemed to be a sort of pull out bed. That was the only minor thing during what was otherwise a lovely stay!! We did highlight to staff and hopefully they will upgrade the bed. Thank you to the staff who were brilliant !!!"

"Horrendous switch for bathroom blew the electrics, spark came from switch, big bang. Given another room, no explanation. Second room was supposed to be an upgrade, looked like room had been updated, but carpet was badly stained. Headboard coming away from the wall, they tried to hold it on with a bracket. "Absolutely loved our stay. Check-in was simple, staff were helpful and the hotel has clearly been renovated recently to a high standard. Breakfast was up there with the best I've ever had in a hotel. Also cracking view over the town and beyond from the Skybar in which the breakfast was served.
