"The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that left a mark was the bed, it was quite uncomfortable because it was not a double bed but one that was made up for two out of a single and what seemed to be a sort of pull out bed. That was the only minor thing during what was otherwise a lovely stay!! We did highlight to staff and hopefully they will upgrade the bed. Thank you to the staff who were brilliant !!!"

"Absolutely loved our stay. Check-in was simple, staff were helpful and the hotel has clearly been renovated recently to a high standard. Breakfast was up there with the best I've ever had in a hotel. Also cracking view over the town and beyond from the Skybar in which the breakfast was served. "Room was good &very clean. My main criticism was the tidying up from the Toymaster convention left the place looking quite messy & was noisy late into the evening & early the next morning. Also £18 a night for parking is ridiculously high"
