"The room and the entire property was very well presented and fresh. The restaurant was also exceptional with top level table service and a great menu. Only negatives are that road facing room was a little noisy during the morning and evening rush hours and the security light in the room was quite intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stop over."

"I’ve stayed here many times for business and the breakfast is always good and the rooms always clean. I was here for 6 nights which has been my longest stay. What was really noticeable over a longer period was how EVERY staff member was so polite, helpful and friendly. "

"The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that left a mark was the bed, it was quite uncomfortable because it was not a double bed but one that was made up for two out of a single and what seemed to be a sort of pull out bed. That was the only minor thing during what was otherwise a lovely stay!! We did highlight to staff and hopefully they will upgrade the bed. Thank you to the staff who were brilliant !!!"

"We were allowed to check in before 3.00pm as we arrived early. The room was clean but very dated and the furniture was old and shabby. The room carper was threadbare in places. Shower was OK once we got it work. The whole building looked tired and in need of alot if work. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast where they were polite, attentive and very efficient. The breakfast was very good with a range of hot and cold offerings. "Absolutely loved our stay. Check-in was simple, staff were helpful and the hotel has clearly been renovated recently to a high standard. Breakfast was up there with the best I've ever had in a hotel. Also cracking view over the town and beyond from the Skybar in which the breakfast was served.
