"A great place to stay for a short break near Ilkley."

"Lovely large room with a huge bed. Very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom also very spacious and has underfloor heating! Huge mirror with lightning and a radio. Our room also had a sink/kitchen area which was useful. The staff were helpful and friendly and we would not hesitate to stay again. Its very close to town centre and also has paid parking which is very convenient. "

"Good little apartment, had everything we needed. Close to town centre. Only thing was the tv’s - couldn’t get live tv on tv’s in bedrooms, only could get BBC1 in lounge, no ITV!! "

"Escogí a este hotel por el diseño y la cercanía a York. Se tarde 30 minutos en tren desde Harrogate (1 hora en coche !). El hotel es una joya, elegante, muy limpio, con baños muy modernos y unos desayunos espectaculares. Esta muy cuidado y se muestra el buen gusto de los dueños. En cuanto a Harrogate, es menos conocido pero merece la pena la visita, especialmente por los parques, tiendas, los baños turcos y Betty's Tearoom, donde se puede disfrutar del mejor afternoon tea!"

"I had a really lovely stay here! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, even with the cheapest room option, which honestly surprised me in a good way. The reception service was fantastic — Jay at reception was incredibly helpful, joyful and welcoming, and really made my stay feel easy and stress-free. "El hotel es bonito y el servicio es agradable. Llegamos pronto por la manana y dejamos las maletas alli, cuando llegamos de vuelta a las 5 o 6 de la tarde, la habitacion no estaba lista, cosa que no me parece correcto, ya que era bastante tarde. Cuando nos dan la habitacion despues de esperar unos 15 minutos (ya se que no es mucho, pero lo dejo como dato) resulto que en el bano no teniamos toallas, decidimos bajar mas tarde a pedirlas, ya que como veniamos de viaje nos tumbamos un poco, y fue...
