"Picture sure made this property look nice. Previous reviews led me to believe it was pristine, though not extremely filthy, was not overly clean. House definitely needs a lot of TLC inside and out. Lots of sloping in floors, doors not shutting properly, leaky fridge, floor gaps between planks."

"The house was ok. There were 2 issues we had and I reported to owners- the kitchen sink had a horrific smell coming out of it. When we first came in we didn’t notice it much until I ran water in the sink and my goodness it was bad. It wasn’t even the side with the disposal- but the smell filled up the entire house and did not go away. We tried to put soap down the sink and run hot water but nothing worked. "If one spends time reading the novel attributed to this property, somewhere it mentions the queen bunk being only bed. Whats not mentioned, is that it's an un-engineered excuse for a ladder with parts from a plumbing section with some sheet metal screws as fastners. 6'5" 250 doesn't work and will inevitably lead to someone getting hurt.
