The hotel has an old world ambience that is very courtly, if one is looking for that experience. Very quiet, safe and easy walking to the main attractions near the Thames. "Had a booking issue (my fault) and send an email in attempt to resolve before we arrived. Did not receive response. Arrived and the young lady at the service desk was very friendly and resolve the issue. We discovered during the night the AC was not functioning and it was 26.5 degrees Celsius in the room. Contacted a young man at the desk and informed him about the conditions, we received no message about our room and after a long day returned to the room to discover there was no change and...

"We liked the hotel very much. Its location can’t be better- Oxford st , Piccadilly - only 10 min walking. The staff is incredible ( thank you, Dula). Rooms are big and convenient. Breakfast is expensive. This is the only downside!"
