"All was excellent except I couldn't get the thermostat to work. It kept cooling and the only way that I could stop it was by turning it off. I reported it to the front desk but they couldn't fix it either. I will still stay there in the future."

They had to replace the mini fridge since it was broken . And they charged my card 1 extra time for deposit ( they said it didn’t go through ) and I have made 100 calls so far for return . "This was one of the literal WORST hotel stays ever. I went to view the room and take snacks for my daughters before they arrived in town and the headboard was falling on one of the beds, te bathroom was not clean, the fridge was smelly and not clean, and the furniture was raggedy. I went and asked to be put in another room because I didn’t want my daughters in that room, HOWEVER, the next room was no better but the headboard wasn’t falling. The first bed when you walk into the room was dirty...

It had a certain odor to it when walking in and when I got to my room that was labelled non-smoking it smelled as if someone had just been in there while smoking. I asked to get moved which reception did but the second room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Was not an issue for me particularly but could be for others. "Well the only problem was the showers. We only stayed one night traveling through. I just wanted a bed and shower. The bed was great the shower was cold. I stop to let them know on the way out the shower was cold. He said oh yeah the whole second floor has trouble with the shower settings lol. He said you have to barely turn the handl on to get the hot water. If you go by the past the blue to the red it's cold. I tried multiple locations on the valve just not barely on. I would have gladly...

"It was a very odd place. The check in check out counter is only open at certain times and look like a lot of people were living there instead of just staying there. The place was cheap I didn't see any bugs That's about the only thing it has going for it."

"I was supposed to have a king size bed that was not a king size bed. The sofa bed that was in the room was real dirty look like it had bedbugs before they tried to switch me to another room that sofa bed was the same way the hotel is not the way it is presented online the morning when I woke up to take a shower the showerhead did not work. I had to stand up and take a bath. "

"Staff was great. Property needs some love ..a lot of rusted stuff around. There was a light smell of piss in the area where you first walk in. If they just invested some money and remodeled this would be an excellent Marriott property. Definitely bottom tier property for me but so grateful to be able to stay here last minute after I was booted out of my residence inn confirmed property two days before I arrived."
