"I was pleasantly surprised to find our room very clean and spacious! The bathroom was immaculate and had dispensers in the shower with shampoo and conditioner along with body wash. The towels were a good size and sparkling white. The bed linens were clean and soft. And my husband loved the hot tub in the room! The staff were friendly and helpful with ideas for restaurants. If we come this way again we will certainly stay at the Super 8!"

It had a certain odor to it when walking in and when I got to my room that was labelled non-smoking it smelled as if someone had just been in there while smoking. "This was one of the literal WORST hotel stays ever. I went to view the room and take snacks for my daughters before they arrived in town and the headboard was falling on one of the beds, te bathroom was not clean, the fridge was smelly and not clean, and the furniture was raggedy. I went and asked to be put in another room because I didn’t want my daughters in that room, HOWEVER, the next room was no better but the headboard wasn’t falling. "Did not even have a coffee pod in my room. Boxes upon boxes stacked in the dirty front desk area. Building and grounds grossly neglected. Was not expecting it to be this bad. My advice to the front desk woman was to sell the property asap. Avoid until massive renovations are done."

"I liked staying at the Hilton. On our trip, the tv wasn't working and was a big deal for this particular trip. The front desk employee was supposed to come up and look, but forgot. To his credit, it was so busy. They seemed incredibly overstaffed and he did his best. He got the tv on eventually, but then the tv just played the guide on a loop and wouldn't shut off. We also saw the same employee from that 530pm call and still on shift when we checked out at 12 the next day. I will say that...
