"The property was clean but the bathroom door didn't close properly as it was swollen. I managed to shut it but then couldn't open it again, thankfully my daughter pushed it from the outside to let me out! The toilet cistern also kept filling and wouldnt stop, we'd to wedge the ballcock so we could sleep."

"Overall experience was good. Instructions of where to park was unclear. A picture of the parking area wold have been very helpful. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. There were pots,plates etc But no knives, forks or spoons ? Shower screen was off its lower rails and could not fix it. Noise from Asda loading bays was loud but fully expected so not a real issue. Wondered what the ear plugs were for ? We were more than happy with our overnight stay and will be booking again."

"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"Don’t miss an opportunity to stay in this lovely cottage! It is perfectly located to experience Bourton-on-the-Water. We loved the wooden beams, wood stove fireplace, and all the amenities provided by Dawn and Bette. I will be recommending Well Cottage to friends! Catherine"
