"Ngoc is the main reason we loved this place . She is a very nice person despite of Barrier of language. The location is quiet very good view not so far from touristic sites by grab ( 10-15 min) . I recommend it for sure as one the best value for money option in Ninh Binh"

"The couple who run this homestay are so nice and accommodating. They greeted us right as we stepped out of the van and helped with our luggage. He communicated with us via translator. There are bike to use for free and they make a wonderful breakfast of your choice daily. Anything we needed they were willing to help. "Hoang Minh Mountainside Villa was a pretty unique experience overall. Being out in the jungle setting was definitely cool and gave the stay a different vibe compared to being right in town. That said, the location is quite far from Ninh Binh and Tam Coc, so getting to restaurants, shops, or anything else takes a bit of effort. The property does provide bikes, but unfortunately all of the ones we saw had flat tires and didn’t feel reliable enough for a longer ride into town. On the plus side,...

"altough the staff was really nice, we had quite a few problems troughout our stay... the bathroom ceiling started leaking and our room was FLOODED. they just turned off the pipes power and told us to "go back to sleep". they didnt even change our room... when we came back after they said it was all cleaned up, they truly only mopped the floor. the toilet was still soaking wet, no more toilet paper, no water refill, etc ... theres comments saying they rent bikes for cheaper, but they charged us...
