"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"The hotel is set on a beautiful setting in a stunning village of kirtlington. The hotel itself is idyllic to look at from the outside with beautiful stone work. The hotel has a good outdoor seating area and a fantastic restaurant with tasty Indian food. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome. They are so passionate about their business it really makes your stay that extra special. The rooms are clear tidy and very cosy. "

"El hotel es muy bonito y se tiene una estancia muy agradable, sobre todo en el restaurante a la hora de cenar o desayunar. La habitación que nos dieron es amplia, pero sin aire acondicionado. Solo tenía un ventilador en una mesa donde no había enchufe. Además se accede a todo el hotel por escalera, y a nuestra habitación por un tramo final muy empinado y muy estrecho. El baño está bien pero es incomodo al no contar con sitio para colocar las toallas. Las mesillas de noche estaban ocupadas por la...

"The hotel, staff, location and food could not be faulted. We were visiting friends who had moved to the village and they recommended us to stay at The Heyford. We are DEFINITELY coming back. "One of the best B&B rooms I have stayed in. Room size was BIG! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully provided. The whole place was aesthetically decorated yet very practical - could not fault it. Limited parking on site, but more off-road parking available on side road. We had to leave early, so did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Overall 5 stars and highly recommended!"
