"The front desk staff was great and so friendly? The free shuttle was also very nice and convenient. We took it downtown to Broadway street and back to the hotel once we finished looking around. There were several restaurants within walking distance as well as a 7eleven gas station for quick snacks ect. Breakfast was decent and well stocked! Would highly recommend"

"I had car trouble and called the hotel to let them know I was still coming but wouldn’t be there until after 6am. It took 26 minutes to get someone on the phone. I also contacted Expedia through chat while I was on hold with the hotel, in case nobody ever got on the phone. Expedia also called the hotel to let them know. The guy at the hotel told me he made a note of my arrival time in my reservation, said they’d hold the room. The same thing was told to Expedia. I also sent a msg through Expedia...

The property has so much charm and character, and it feels warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, so guests with mobility or health...

"$25 a night (plus tax) just to park in their lot. No free breakfast...have to pay. Low water pressure in bath. Free van trip to downtown was nice. Overall, won't go back."

"Nothing special. Okay place to sleep after a day in Nashville. Room definitely needs updates. Breakfast the exact same everyday. (Bread, bagels, apples, cereal, waffle maker, yogurt) It would be really nice if they added some sort of protein...even peanut butter."

"There was a water issued that we were notified about at 5:30 that evening. We were comped our parking for that. The ice machine did not work on our floor. The tv was slow and would not play another movie after the first one we watched. We couldn’t access the balcony and the curtain did not close all of the way to drown out street lights. The staff was ver friendly and helpful, but we will not stay there again."

"Excellent room--clean, fresh, perfectly accessorized. Some extra accommodation of our needs were given. The staff are guest- and quality-focused. Best hotel workout room I've ever been in (can get a real workout in it). The cafe served us breakfasts of appeal and excellent food quality. The location: out of this world for West End Nashville walks and fun. Vandy and Centennial Park, not far. We walked easily. Great value for the price. I wish I could offer any room for improvement for...
