"Impecable"

"I had problems getting the emails opened because I booked through a third party, but I got help from the customer service number that was provided in the text. Our tv remote batteries didn’t work, so I texted them and they responded right away and told me where to find some in the building. Great customer service, also felt safe there with the pin pad to get in. The only thing I wish they had was an oven and laundry facilities."

"Staff was excellent! Super friendly. Gave tips on where to eat and what to see. Location is perfect. Coffee shops and restaurants super close and in walking distance. Nice and quiet area away from hustle and bustle of Broadway. Quick 8 dollar Lyft ride when you want to go to Broadway. Rooms were spacious."

"Este local está terrible súper sucio las sábanas manchadas y sucias y un área súper peligrosa muchos vagabundos en la propiedad ,este lugar es una verdadera estafa mucho cuidado "

"Very poor, loud, prostitution, etc. I didn’t get much sleep and the room had nothing - not even soap or shampoo."

"Our stay was fantastic with a beautiful view of the city. The host stay incontact with us making sure everything was going well, which was amazing. You have enough space for the entire family plus some. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay. We would definitely book again."

"Master shower was awesome! Kitchen and living room are were also very spacious. And the rooftop offered my family a quiet evening space to unwind . It was also a short uber ride to broadway and the gulch.. which I would recommend due to the lack of parking and the high parking fees ."

"Everything was clean and extremely nice. We enjoyed everything about it! "
