"Beautifully restored/maintained 1800's property with all the niceties. We stayed here as a stopover during travel before boarding our cruise out of the Port of Galveston near by. The staff made us feel welcome, was very accommodating of our arrival delay and took the time to make sure we knew where all the comforts were and that we were well settled. Breakfast was amazing and fresh. We will definitely stay here anytime we visit Galveston!"

"The pool was really hot, the drinks were super expensive and they don’t tell you they keep charging your card if you exceed the hold. Spent everyday fighting with them because of all the charges.
