"The place was exactly as advertised and what we were looking for. It was clean and came with everything we needed. The area was great. It was easily walkable with things to do and great places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. The information packet that was provided was very nice and we liked the fact it showed how far things were whether you were driving or walking. Charles was very responsive and so easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again."

"Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. "

"Veey nice place to stay. Very clean and peaceful. Deck was nice and met a nuce couple staying there as well. This was our 3rd time here and it waa once again excellent! Enjoy!"

"We loved staying here. We were in town for the Kentucky Historic Preservation Conference and it seemed perfect to stay in a historic building. The old bricks and tin ceilings were well preserved and blended well with the modern amenities. The room was spotless and well appointed. The communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!"

"The location, and space were great! The pool was closed while we were there, but the host communicated this prior to stay. We will return for sure to enjoy all this place has to offer!"

"We didn't plan all of our activities in advance & found ourselves near everything we wanted & needed. It's also in a lovely neighborhood with old architecture that is fun to look at. The stairs in this house are quite steep with all bedrooms up 1 & 2 flights of steps. The floors upstairs creak quite loudly, especially at 3am when you're trying to use the restroom quietly. The main floor was great for a large group (we had 7 adults) and had a lovely time visiting with plenty of seats & room to...

"Great place for the price... There is a 2nd floor apt that was occupied for 1/2 of my stay. There were times that is was very loud above me in the middle of the night (3am) which was unfortunate.. perhaps some rugs to muffle the loud walking/dropping things? It was obvious that there was a small child in the family staying at the same time as me. Totally fine... these are the things we can't control in life!! In summary... 600 for a week stay... can't beat it. "

"Property is central to Mariemont, Indian Hill. Lots of outdoor activities nearby, plenty of restaurants. Minimal traffic. Home is comfortable, functional for two. Our second stay. Plan to return. "

"House was charming! We are from a rural area, so sitting on a front porch of a little street and having neighbors so near (the houses' roofs were almost touching!) was a true novelty for us and exactly the experience we were looking for on this trip to visit the Ark. We had three generations (30's, 60's, 80's) in the house and all were happy with it. The neighbors were very nice, too! We talked with a young girl walking down the street pushing a stroller with a ferret one morning and had two...

"We enjoyed the extremely large space provided and the unique aspect of this venue. You must be willing to adapt when staying in a historic building such as this. While the MBR has its own private bath, the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom that is an en-suite to the first bedroom. The guests of the second bedroom (2 double beds) must go through the first bedroom to get to it. We all appreciated the space and experience, and the owner is excellent with communication!"

"The property was in wonderful condition and was a very lovely stay. The home was quaint and classic, it provided a nice quiet place to rest after a long day exploring the city. Would easily recommend anyone stay here on their next trip to Cincinnatti!"

"it is an older bldging so it is a work in progress, however, the owner was very quick to respond to a problem with the bed and was resolved satisfactory which showed to me he values his clients and wants them to be happy. I am staying in the same place in two weeks and to be located above a very good and friendly coffee shop is a bonus!"
