"Like other reviews mention, don't be put off by the building exterior or common areas of the property. The unit was perfect. The loft did get very warm but opening the windows at night helped greatly. This was a very affordable and comfortable rental in a really great location. We would definitely stay again!"

"Our stay was longer than average... 1 month.. while we transitioned to out permanent home. We Loved this place. Joe was attentive and always cking on us. The home is close to the walking path and atv trails. The neighbors are friendly. Highly recommend for next getaway in the U.P. "

"Cabin was clean, everything we need to cook was available. Area around cabin is quiet and woods are beautiful and a great place to walk the dogs. Host is very dog friendly and the cabin is an excellent place to stay with your dogs. Host is friendly and very helpful. "

"Overall stay was nice and conveniently located super close to swimming in Lake Superior and a lot of hiking trails. Only suggestion for improvement I had was maybe making it super clear in listing that this is a split unit with an upstairs unit and downstairs. So if looking for something more secluded then maybe look elsewhere. But the other side to that is this being the perfect place for 2 families/friend groups to book at the same time as there is a staircase that conveniently leads to both...

"This place was great for a family of 4! Plenty of space! The kitchen stocked everything we needed and then some. Very short drive to skiing. Joey the host was super responsive with any questions I had. There was a nice stocked keurig machine with plenty of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The only downfall we had was the beds were super stiff. We would for sure stay here again!"
