"The home was very spacious, clean, and very nice to stay in! The neighborhood was great, and it seemed pretty easy to be able to get places in and around the Charlotte area!The hot tub wasn't set up to run (not filled with water). That would have been nice! But it definitely wasn't a negative for staying in the home. It could have been broken. We don't dwell on things like that. "

"The house was nice and very new in a good suburban neighborhood. It was 20-25 minutes from Bank of America Stadium and uptown Charlotte. The host was very responsive to my messages. We had a little trouble with the smart lock (just enter your code). The furniture was great and new, especially the couch. It was a great place to stay!"

"Just four old friends staying for a week of playing golf, watching the PGA Championship, a little boating and a lot of laughs. Location was perfect with lots of great dining and breweries nearby. The place was top notch, had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Trout Pond! From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the experience is wonderful. The home is beautifully renovated while still keeping its cozy cottage charm. The lights leading to the dock make the whole area feel truly magical. "This was our third visit to this property, that alone speaks volumes! The home is beautiful, spacious and close to everything. The open floor plan offers plenty of space for family gatherings. The kids can play in the living room while dad cooks and mom sits in the dinning room drinking tea, yet all together in one space. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. "Amazing! Perfect for our family get together. "

"The house was better than we expected. It was beautiful inside and out. It had a beautiful yard, Dock, hot tub, fire pit, and right on the water to fish and jump right in. The host was easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we may have had. The kayaks were a huge hit for all of us. The kids loved to play darts, and pool. We had zero issues and highly recommend this house on the water and we will definitely be back in the future."
