"Had a wonderful stay at Tortworth Court. Room was upgraded to a junior suite due to 2 big events happening while we were there & new room was quieter. We enjoyed the events that were on while we were there. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant Sunday evening."

"The hotel is lovely...a wonderful roof bar which we loved. Not good that in our 2 nights staying..our room and bathroom were not looked after...at all. So...wet towels still in room, unmade bed and we needed some more coffee etc. Maybe a mistake but for the £'s...unacceptable."

"A lovely setting, it just looked tired in certain areas. It was unfortunate that we had a non-refundable rate and the hotel closed the golf course (the main reason for staying) because of the heat. The hotel would not agree to change the date, so the trip became a bit of a non event"

"Lovely overall hotel, good location for the rugby stadium Tom Jones gig. Comfortable room, nice pool and friendly reception. Let down by a truely awful breakfast experiance - everything ran out (including the 2 coffee machines!) staff not supervised, absolute chaos."
