"We had a family reunion with more than 60 people. The home and apartment was the perfect size for the size of the group with enough sleep options and open space to where we did feel like we were on top of each other the whole time we were there. Plenty of parking and enough grass area for outside activities. The hosts were great to work with and responded quickly to our questions through our our stay. Access to the clubhouse was a plus and we enjoyed the private beach for the water activities....

"This was our 15th consecutive year going to Bear Lake. And the stay at North Beach Flats was one of best places we’ve stayed. Great location, safe for my family, and plenty of room. Minor delay when checking in, but the host was quick to respond, and provided great customer service. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Spacious, organized, family friendly!We had a dozen adults and a dozen children at this house and it worked perfectly! Location is fantastic, pool and hot tub were a lot of fun, and there are a variety of bedrooms and sleeping locations for every age group and family size. The kitchen was large and equipped enough for a large group, and there was enough space in every room to accommodate everything we wanted to do!100% recommended for a large and busy group "

"Check-in was seamless and stress-free, which got our trip off to a great start. The kitchen was excellent—well-stocked, clean, and perfect for preparing meals during our stay. We also had no issues with the Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected when needed.We loved the clubhouse, especially the two pools that our grandchildren absolutely enjoyed. The private beach was nearby and easy to access, adding to the convenience and relaxation of our stay.Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable...

"Good property, good location, well stocked. My wife was uncomfortable in the bathroom with no blinds. I know it is just fields but she hated it. They need to set up a, wash your feet, station by the door. It would be good for the guest and help keep the property clean."

"What a gorgeous property! We have been holding family reunions for years, and we agree that this has been the best venue of all. The view from the back deck is spectacular. North Beach is only 15 minutes away, but the private beach available to the property is only 2 minutes away and turned out to be our favorite. We loved the dual fire pits, swings and slides, pickleball court,and ping pong table on site, as well as the pool at the clubhouse just down the road. The biggest hit for the younger...

"Amazing week--we hated to leave. We rent a big house every year and this one outdid all of the others. Kitchen had every appliance and tool you could ever need. The beds were so comfortable--a big bonus. The property was beautiful and the kids had a blast inside and outside. "

"This was for an annual reunion with three generations plus some long time friends. 23 total. The rooms worked well for us, Especially the large upstairs room where most of the cousins stayed. The clubhouse and pool are close by. We also visited Reserve Beach (kayaking ), North Beach, Bloomington creek, Paris museum, and Minnetonka cave, plus hikes around the neighborhood."
