"This house is excellent! I chose the location as it’s 2 miles from Appalachia trailhead which made a long day of hiking in the northern presis really great to just get right home after! This is a brand new built house and is beautiful, clean and quiet. This house has everything you need for a weekend away. Will definitely book again! "

"The house is incredible! Although there are fun things to do within 30 minutes driving distance, you won’t need or want to leave the house! It was immaculate and contained everything you could ever need: every kitchen utensil or device, popcorn for the popcorn machine (!), s’mores ingredients, tons of board games, smart devices and speakers throughout the house, life vests and goggles, all the TVs were smart TVs already logged in to all the major streaming services, and the list goes on. "The house was an amazing location to celebrate my birthday with friends. Lots of comfortable places for us all to sleep, two communal living room areas to hang out, super clean and well tended, and ample parking. We had a great time there and hope to go back! "

"We've been coming to the cabin for a few years and enjoy our stays immensely. The kids can ride bikes, roam and wade on the campground roads and river. Location is fantastic - convenient to Littleton (great restaurants and shops), Bethlehem (Rek Lis Brewery) and some of the best hiking in NH. Minutes from Mt Washington, Santa's village, Appalachia trail head and Zealand/Crawford notch. Far from the crowds in Conway and Lincoln but close enough to visit. "

Please note that there is a decent size set of stairs to reach the door of the property. We did not know that in advance and have some members of our group with mobility difficulties. However, the house is all one level which was great. "

"Cabin has a cute rustic charm. Very easy check in and when we had a small issue, then was quick to respond and had it fixed before we return from our day. Enjoyed the isolation and the porch was great to sit on at night."

"A fantastic time in Twin Mountain! Huge yard with tons of berry bushes, great evenings sitting around the fire pit, or sipping wine on the front porch, a relaxing time away! While the cottage is cozy, it has everything one needs. Although there is a hot tub, we didn’t make use of it as the weather was 90 during our stay. I’m sure on a crisp fall evening it would be nice! The location is close to everything we needed. "

"Great family vacation. The property is perfect for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. Ben is attentive and very responsive when something comes up. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay but the pool was so much fun for all. "
