"It is an old property that needs further refurbishment. We waited five minutes at check in and finally called for service. Office was closed at 8:45am when when departed. We had to leave the key in our room. One bottle of water in the room otherwise no amenities, coffee or tea, refrigerator, bottle opener. I'd expect more for the rate. They did have two wine glasses. Our garden view looked at roofs. If you leaned over you could see umbrellas below. Second floor walk up. The rooms were just old...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property is beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, and clean. Breakfast was delicious. We had a traditional Japanese breakfast the first morning, and an American breakfast the second. We loved the coffee and fresh juices too. Social hour with wine and small bites was also so nice. Soaking tub in the room was another nice touch. The manager, Craig, is also so nice and hospitable (and let us feed the koi fishes)."

"We just returned from a 2-night stay at this adorable B&B, and "magical" is the only word to describe it. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the working farm aspect—we loved spending time with the horses, the donkeys, and the chickens. "Very beautiful cottage by a creek, enjoyed the stay for three nights, just a hiccup checking in. When we arrived at 4 pm, It was raining and the office is closed, and we have to call to get checked in."
