"A pleasant surprise to find somewhere close to all of Wollongong and south to kiama (short drive either way), that was peaceful and quiet at a reasonable rate at Easter time. The on-site restaurant was very reasonably priced and the food was fantastic, as were our host. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times, my wife and I will be staying when in the area again, thanks for an enjoyable stay - we look forward to staying again in the future 👍👍"

"Our cabin worked really well for our family of 5 adults for an interstate family birthday. Walking distance to family, the beach, lagoon and local shops and clubs. Water views. We didn’t use many of the cabin facilities as we spent most of our time elsewhere with family, but our grandkids loved the playground. "The Coniston Hotel is good value for what it provides and is close to Wollongong. Room was clean; bed comfy. Just be aware they are currently undergoing renovation to the downstairs pub during the week so you may experience noise after 7am. We would stay again. "
