"The location of the property was close enough to all the things to do in the area and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. My friend and I appreciated the communication with the owner and the ease of check-in and check-out. There is an apple tree in the front yard so we had to make sure to not bother the bees feasting on fallen apples. Otherwise, a pleasant stay!"

"Well furnished space, perfect for two. Great restaurants within walking distance. Easy drive to beach and lake. Highly recommend. "

"The 1888 house was perfect for our quiet weekend getaway with our dog. The fenced in backyard is amazing, and the house is adorable. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"Great place to spend a week. Short distance to St. Joseph or any number of small outdoor recreation areas. The house has plenty of room for 9 adults and 3 kids. The property is well kept. "

"The house was just as advertised. Four college girlfriends stayed here for the weekend. The house is immaculate and has everything you need. We stayed in and cooked one night. Another night we drove into town (very close to downtown St. Joe). Tony was quick to respond to all of our questions. This is a great alternative to a hotel in this area."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our brief 3 night stay. The house is so bright and beautifully decorated. When you walk in, the first floor has large windows which give you a great view of the lake. There is a lovely deck and a fire pit in the back. The house is in a great location. It is well stocked, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed walking down to the beach, saw one pretty sunset, and even had a warm enough day to go in the water. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing...

"The location of this hotel is ideal. Close to Michigan City, New Buffalo and a 5 min walk to the lake. The hotel offers so many things for the convenience of the guests. We stayed in Suite 11 which happens to be the only room with direct balcony access overlooking the pool which was great. We had 1 bedroom and a couch with a pull out bed. The bedroom bed was excellent however the pull out bed was sub par. Extremely uncomfortable. There was no maid service or turndown service like a normal hotel...

"Cool beachy vibe, easy in and out access. Walking distance to beach and close proximity to local coffee shops and wineries. The space was cozy and sort of like an extra large hotel room with full kitchenette. If you are looking for something different than the common hotel definitely recommend. The only thing i would change is the shower head...plenty of water pressure but thats just one simple easy change. We loved the stay."

"This is one of the cleanest places we have stayed at, everything was wonderful! It truly felt like you were at home. The river view is so beautiful, and the hot tub was a great way to relax. We loved the downtown area, and the hosts have a list of recommendations and we went to the pizza place and 10/10! We wish we would’ve gotten one to go. Would love to visit again! 10/10 for the entire trip! "
