"We enjoyed our stay at the 1888 house while visiting for the weekend. The beds were comfortable though I did wish some of the seating options were more aware of comfort rather than just looks, but we made it work with the couch! We would totally stay here again because it was by far the most affordable and cute little spot in the area. The host was super responsive and communicated quickly when needed. "

"We loved everything about our stay. The house was beautiful and stocked with all you would need. The kids spent lots of time in the pool and a quiet beach was only 2 miles down the road. In the area, we kayaked, paddle boarded, bowled and found a couple of great restaurants. But the cherry on top was the sunset. Every evening we gathered in the great room and watched the sun go down. The kids said it was the best Michigan vacation we've every had. "

"The house was built in the early 1900s and was restored and remodeled with very artistic and creative decor. A very unique house roughly 5 miles from the beaches of Lake Michigan. "

"Clean place. Was perfect for what we needed."

"We loved the home and property. Great host/communication and clean throughout. Spacious, light-filled kitchen with anything you might need for cooking and serving large meals. The large dining/living area was a great for conversations. Bedrooms were quiet and dark at night. Comfortable beds. Wonderful sunsets over the lake on Adirondack chairs at edge of tall bluff next to stairs to beach. As other reviewers stated, the photos don't do justice to how spacious and great for a large group this...

"Had a wonderful time with the family! The pool and sauna were a huge hit. House is well stocked. The sunsets were stunning. "

"Such a beautiful home with lots of space! We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and loved that there were some nice beaches nearby. We look forward to staying again in the future!"

"The loft was impeccably clean. Directions were clear and check in was easy. Host was very responsive. You do hear the restaurant below but if you’re watching TV, you hardly notice. And they quite done as the closer. There are neighbors above (I believe) with a small child that made some noise each morning. That said, the loft itself was great and I was up anyway. Close to everything. No problems parking or accessing the property. Shower was wonderful. Would book again. "

"Amazing and clean rooms and amenities. Awesome view from backyard. Enough games to keep kids engaged. Great host who surprised us by sending us cake!!.Terrace giving a beautiful view for sunset. Also clean beaches within 2 to 5 miles on either side of home. A must come back place!!! "

"It was a very beautiful stay, lovely home, kind communication with hosts, the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the hot tub, barbecue, big yard and fire pit! It was very clean and a great place for family. Only issue was that the WiFi was extremely slow, so we couldn’t work online or watch a movie at the end of the day. Other than the wifi, the stay was absolutely wonderful!!"

"It was exactly what we needed for our trip to the Warren Dunes. It was a short drive to the beach, very convenient location. The patio was such a relaxing spot to start and end each day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We would definitely stay here again! "
