"The house is open and spacious. It is up to date. There are many restaurants and shopping near by. It’s also easy to get to from airport. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. "

"We Celebrated my husbands 50th birthday with a large group of friends at the end of February 2025; the house was described and presented 100% accurately. The house was clean and ready for our early arrival and our group had ample space to enjoy the entire house for the weekend. The property manager was readily available for questions and any issues - which was helpful.i would highly recommend this property and its definitely affordable if you or your group will be utilizing all the space it has...

"We stayed at the property recently for a conference at the nearby Gaylord. It was easy to get to and from and it was clean, comfortable, and well equipped kitchen, laundry, bedrooms and bathrooms. The area is nice and quiet and it was a nice reprieve from a busy conference. Would stay again!"

"The house smelled fresh as you walked in. There were clear instructions on everything about the house. Very cozy home in a cute neighborhood. Not far from i25. Made it a breeze to hop on and head to Fort Collins. Definitely recommend. I forgot my meds in the refrigerator and they were so kind and shipped them to me."

"We had access to a garage, but no way to open the door until we exited the vehicle in the front of the house, used front door keypad, walked through house to back door to open door while other person drove around to back of house and waited. This would have easily been solved by leaving a garage door opener for use. Missing a lot of basic essential items… no toaster, baking sheets for oven, oven mitts, cooking essentials like salt/sugar, extra sheets for beds. The master only had fitted sheet...

"Great location and community, very clean property and amazing weather that made for a great week! Within 15-20 minutes from the Aurora softball fields made it the perfect location for Colorado Sparklers family stays. Host was very responsive and helpful."
