CURNOWS BENDIGO RENTAL

Curnows is a relaxing Holiday House with modern, comfortable furnishings. Suitable for couples or families,the house has 3 large bedrooms, each with ceiling fan. There is an open plan kitchen/lounge area with ducted airconditioning. The kitchen has an electric stove and cook top, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster with complimentary tea & coffee on arrival. The Loungeroom has a smart tv, and excellent free wifi, passwords etc are provided in the guest book. Curnows has 1 bathroom with a full size bath and separate shower. There is a laundry with a fully automatic washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, there is also a clothes line in the backyard with pegs provided. Australian Standards portacot available on request, and high chair for your toddler. Linen and towels are freshly changed before your stay. If you are staying for longer than 1 week, they can also be changed midstay on request. Outside there is outdoor furniture on a lovely covered deck. Curnows is a well presented 3 bedroom home in popular Golden Square, only 4km to the City Centre. Close to major supermarkets and hospital with public transport close by. Major tourist attractions, including the talking tram, Bendigo Stadium, and other sporting facilities, with some of Bendigo's best restaurants and major takeaway outlets all only a short drive away.

Curnows sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms as follows:

Conditions of Use & Cancellation Policy

Conditions of Stay

Bookings with a lead time of less 1 month will be requested to pay in full within 5 days of booking.
Booking with a longer lead time will be required to pay a 25% deposit within 7 days of booking.

There are to be no parties on the premises.
Maximum no. of 3 cars parked at the property.
No smoking
Appropriate use of bunks to be observed.
Proper use of BBQ and gas bottle at all times.
Children are not to be left unattended in the bath.
Please respect noise levels in regards to our neighbours.
Check in time is 2pm.
Check out time is 10am


Cancellation Policy.

Refunds for payments made will be returned based on: Cancellations of less than 48hrs, will incur a 20% admin fee.
Cancellations with more than 48hrs notice, will incur a 15% fee.

Great stay for our little family

We spent 2 delightful nights at Curnows with our family if 4. The kids loved the bunk beds and having lots of space to play in the lounge room, we enjoyed the comfy bed in the master bedroom and excellent shower pressure. We would definitely stay here again 😊

Beautiful Hidden Property

My friends and I stayed at this property while in Bendigo. It was a well situated, very tidy little house. The drive way was long enough for our 3x cars to fit so they weren’t on the street overnight. If staying in town again will definitely be booking this again.

A gem in Bendigo!

A group of friends and I had a wonderful stay at Sandra's property in Bendigo recently. Check in was super smooth and no-fuss. The property was in impeccable condition, and thoughtfully the heater was left on for our arrival, which was such a welcome gesture on a cold day! There was ample room for all of us, a comforting and generous lounge room to spend time together, and all the bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped. The bunks were great for adults, also. The kitchen was also well equipped. It was a great stay and I would happily stay again. Thanks for having us, Sandra! :)

It was interesting 🤔

Loved the location how easy it was to get anywhere with in Bendigo. All I can say is that was its saving grace. The couch was comfy and heater was great. It would have been a great napping couch. Linen, coffee, tea, all the essential kitchen stuff was provided. Thank you for the wine it went down a treat.
