"The house was perfect for our family of 15 adults and one infant. A couple of minor issues with pool but otherwise everything worked and we had loads of options on the property, pool, dock, hot tub, firepit, kayaks ans more"

"We had a great time here. The beds were comfortable, the provided amenities were very useful, and the view of the lake from the veranda/balcony was lovely. The driving instructions provided was spot on, follow them instead of a maps app. The pool is good for lounging and chatting, not for swimming for adults due to the size, but it was perfect for my groups purpose. "The cabin was exactly as pictured—very clean, well-kept, and in a great location with easy access to the river and Colorado Bend State Park. The host was very responsive, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I appreciated the welcome book with helpful info on local spots, as well as the pet-friendly setup. It made for such a relaxing weekend getaway!"

"This was such a nice get away cabin. I spend lots of time at diffrent lake cabins and this by far has beat them all. Only complaint i have is the fish was not biting on Saturday lol. We will definitely stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay and loved the location. Our dog, Hubert, had an absolute blast and was able to run around play in the large fenced yard. The house is located on a quiet street and is on the water. We stayed on a holiday weekend and watched fireworks from the backyard, as well as people boating and playing on the water. The owner is the sweetest and checked with us to make sure we didn't need anything. It's a great little place with beautiful views. We will likely be back. "

"From the very start, this property was great. The communication was quick and friendly. The propane grill had some issues and there wasn't any shampoo or soap in the bathroom so everyone had greasy hair all weekend, but we had a great time. The location was perfect, and the house was one of the nicest we have ever stayed at. Would highly recommend!"
