Resort, offering stunning views of Pilot Butte and Bend. This lower-level unit accommodates up to 4
guests with a king suite and queen sofa sleeper. The bright, open living area features expansive
windows, a new leather sleeper sofa, and a 50” Smart TV above the gas fireplace. Enjoy coffee on the
deck, soak in the private hot tub, or explore resort amenities like the pool (March-September) and
year-round spas.

The king suite offers expansive windows with panoramic views and direct access to the hot tub. End

Our overall stay was very good. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels & the hide-a-bed was more comfortable than I thought it would be! The only problem we had was the hot tub wasn’t hot, unfortunately there was no information on the hot tub provided. The 3rd day we went to use it and it had shut off, we found the breaker and reset it but it was 95 degrees, and it was our last night there. I specifically chose this property for the private hot tub and felt the sacrifice of sleeping on the hide-a-bed would be worth it. The view, large windows, and privacy of this condo were excellent.

We were delighted to stay in this property, which earned our highest rating. It is a beautiful condo situated in a perfect locale with expansive view of the forest and good access to the Deschutes River trail. The kitchen is well stocked and just perfect. The bed is super comfy and the room spacious. We loved the balcony with the hot tub which was perfect after long snowshoes. The space is very beautiful and calming with the forest view, we didn’t feel like we were in the city at all. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and anything you need. Also quite close to the Bachelor area and lots of outdoor adventuring. Loved this place and hope to be back soon.

Stayed two nights with husband and teenage daughters. Great spot! Hot tub was great after skiing. Lots of trails to run/walk around the property. Great views!

We went for a ski week. The condo was even nicer than the photos when we opened all the blinds. Hilltop view. Enjoyed a day off when it rained just relaxing and the jets in the hot tub are fantastic after skiing. The staff were very responsive. Very clean.

This is a great little unit. I was seriously impressed by how clean everything was. I was also really impressed by the communication, which was clear and easy. Getting check-in instructions in a text message took so much hassle out of vacation rental-ing. Staff was lovely.

This condo has everything you need. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river canyon, make it special. The private hot tub is spectacular after a day of skiing. The bed was very comfortable and the decor is so tastefully appointed. We will definitely come back.

While this was an enjoyable place to stay- it had some big “bumps” too. We never got our check in code for the house, I had to call multiple numbers and finally got through to someone who was able to send me the code. Then we got to the house and the trash inside the door was full. Then, the fridge and freezer didn’t work at all, and was very noisy. The property is in a good location and we loved the view and hot tub. Not sure we would stay there again tho.

Great location if you are going to a concert as Hayden Amphitheater is just a little over a mile walk away. The jacuzzi tub on the balcony with the view of the trees was my favorite thing to do. Area was pretty quiet and also just a quick walk to the Deschutes river trail. Owner was fast to respond when the jacuzzi wouldn’t heat up . we very much enjoyed our stay.

This condo is perched on the rimrock with a stunning treetop view. The location is perfect for accessing the Deschutes River Trail, Old Mill and downtown restaurants as well as the NW Crossing area. Kitchen utensils and cookware were updated and immaculately organized. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and walkable trails to the river. There is nothing not to like about this spacious condo and surroundings. You won’t be disappointed, we hated to leave!

The unit is in a nice and quiet area, but the unit itself is ready for some new living room sofa, chair and bed. It would also be nice to have a tv in the bedroom, that’s pretty standard anymore and they are very inexpensive. Also found a dirty pair of female underwear in one of the bedroom dresser drawers, it would be a good idea to check them when cleaning. I would definitely recommend a new comforter on the bed or at least a good cleaning of the one there, it has a nasty brown spot on the bottom side and hate to guess what it is. One last major thing is the hot tub didn’t work and one of the deck boards next to it pops up when pushed, could be a safety issue.
