"Lovely hotel with wonderful staff and restaurant. Great location!"

"Checked in ok, but found room had no hot water or heating, which staff knew there had been an issue but had not informed us. Other rooms were not available. Staff offered to find alternative, but did not. Can’t comment on the comfort of the bed or the power of the shower as we left. WiFi signal was poor in the room and at the front desk, On a plus they left caramel wafers with the tea and coffee but we didn’t get to have tea either."

"Room was small (only about 18” on each side of the bed) which made luggage and clothes difficult to manage. Bathroom was nice with heated floors. Room was dark, which didn't make it feel clean. Breakfast was good. Overall it was really expensive (~250 pounds) for one night, which seemed very overpriced for what we received. Not sure I would stay here again."

"I really enjoyed my solo stay in my not so little caravan. The view was great too. It was a good choice as a small quiet yet family friendly site. It was so close to all the activities around Ben Nevis. The walks were beyond description. I’d thoroughly recommend "

"The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were great. The hotel room I was in was old with an uncomfortable mattress, carpet was stained, and the baseboards needed painting as the paint looked chipped in a few spots. The floors were creaky so you heard when anyone was walking around."

"The property is set in a stunning location. Our room left a little to be desired though. Described as a compact twin room it was really that. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom acceptable. We were disappointed with the overall feel of the room. Wallpaper was peeling on the walls, the TV was crooked and just about holding on to it's wall hanging. For GBP100 we felt it was not value for money."

"Such a lovely place, what a location. We first went in late 2020 and had a wonderful suite, this time we were in a standard room. We had a loch view which was lovely as we were celebrating two birthdays! The staff are so friendly, thank you all. There is a newer more modern part and the older historic building - we’ve been in the older bit both times. As the building is older, you can’t expect it to be clinical like a new build! There might be some dust in nooks and crannies but we have...
